Do you offer a membership trial period?
Yes, we do! As a member, you receive a 14 day trial period commencing from the date of sign up, where you will be able to cancel your membership and request a refund.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my membership?
After the initial 14 day trial period expires, no refund will be given for the unused portion of your membership as you will have had access to all of our membership resources on the site.
Where are you located?
We are based in Canberra, Australia.
I don't want to join for a full year. Do you offer an alternative?
Yes. We offer the Premium 6M Access Membership option which you can join for six months. See our pricing page for more details.
What is the advantage for my organisation?
Membership enables you to access current and relevant resources, and use the experience of safeguarding specialists to develop your organisation’s capacity. As an individual member, you may also use the material provided to train your staff in child safety matters. The accessible resources will save you time so you can focus on providing your key services.

Can I download relevant resources?
Yes, as all material on the website is either our content or refers to open-source material which is able to be accessed online.
